  • Echoes of Now is a collection of 33 poems and 12 narratives from Kathleen Denizard, a poet living on the southcoast of Massachusetts.

The poetry and narrative within Echoes of Now are born from moments of quiet introspection; Kathleen Denizard's observations on the subtle play of light and shadow in our everyday lives, the complexity of human emotion, and the simple, often overlooked moments that stitch our days together.

  • Kathleen Denizard graduated from Syracuse University in the late 1960’s earning a degree in English Education. She is a former teacher of English and for many years transitioned her career into social services addressing the needs of residents in affordable housing. Her love of writing both poetry and prose reflect perfectly her feelings and thoughts of coastal living and life lessons, sharing these with her five children and friends. Her work has been published both domestically and internationally. A recent compilation of poetry, Rueful, was published by Impspired Press in June 2023. Throughout the pages of Echoes of Now, her crisp, evocative poetry and prose will entertain and inspire you with beautiful writing relating to the author’s experiences and hopefully to yours as well.
